Trails & races
Fitted in Lindon. Run anywhere in Utah County.
Flat paved miles along the canal, dirt with a view of the lake, or a climb straight up the mountain. The range within twenty minutes of the store is genuinely unusual. Here is where we actually run, and what to have on your feet for each.

Four we send people to constantly.

Murdock Canal Trail
Paved · Orem to Lehi
The default long run for most of the valley. Paved, uninterrupted, and it runs right past our end of Lindon, so you can start from almost any cross street and go as far as you feel like. Best in the early morning before the sun clears the mountain.
On your feet
A cushioned road shoe. Pavement mile after pavement mile is exactly what they are built for.
Provo River Parkway
Paved · river corridor
Shaded, cooler than anything else in the valley in July, and it follows water the whole way. The gentlest option on this list for a return-to-running week or an easy day.
On your feet
Same road shoe. Watch for wet patches near the river in spring.
Bonneville Shoreline Trail
Dirt · foothills above the valley
Where the running gets interesting. Rolling dirt along the benches with the whole valley below you, and access points scattered along the east side. Rocky in places, and the footing changes fast after rain.
On your feet
A trail shoe with real lugs. This is the one people most often try in road shoes and regret.
Battle Creek Falls
Dirt, steep · Pleasant Grove
Straight up the canyon to a waterfall. Short by distance and long by effort, a hill workout disguised as a nice morning out. Busy on Saturdays, quiet on a weekday.
On your feet
Trail shoes, and expect to hike some of it. That is normal here, even for fit runners.
Flat canal path or a mountain. Twenty minutes apart.

Gated F-32 · awaiting the real calendar
This block holds a short, curated list of Utah County races, the ones staff actually run and recommend, with date, distance, and a one-line note on the course. Three to six entries, refreshed each season.
It stays empty until someone confirms this year's dates. A stale race date sends a customer to a start line that is not there, which is a worse outcome than an empty section.

Run with us
The easiest way to like running is to not do it alone.
No pace requirement, no sign-up, nobody left behind at the back. If you have been meaning to start and keep not starting, this is the lowest-stakes way in, and you will meet people who were doing the same thing a year ago.

Road shoe or trail shoe? Bring the question in.
Most people in Utah County end up wanting one of each, and which one you buy first depends entirely on where you actually run. Tell us your week and we will tell you which matters more.
